Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our products, process, and capabilities.

Can you customize products?

Every unit is engineer-to-order. We design and build to your exact specifications, whether that's bus bar configuration, voltage rating, or integration with existing systems.

What are your lead times?

Standard ETO lead time is six weeks from order to factory test completion. We can accelerate for mission critical projects. Quote turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.

Are your products UL listed?

Yes. All UL 891 switchboards are UL listed. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and are EcoXpert Power Master Distribution certified.

Do you support fast-track projects?

We do. Contact our engineering team with your timeline and requirements. We've delivered critical systems in under four weeks when needed.

What's your on-time delivery record?

99% on-time delivery. We build to schedule and test every unit before it ships. Factory-tested means fewer surprises on site.
